Welcome to Grams & Jams Productions! We're thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable night of music and memories. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following ticket purchase conditions:
All sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of event of cancellation or rescheduling.
Grams & Jams Productions events do not cancel for weather related issues. We are a rain or shine event venue.
Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
Ticketholders are allowed to transfer their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that transfer takes place. Grams & Jams Productions is not responsible for the transfer or resale of any tickets.
21 & over with valid unexpired government Identification. No admittance without legal, valid, government identification.
Lost or Stolen Tickets: Please treat your ticket as you would cash. We are not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
Entry: A valid ticket grants entry to the event. Please have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.
Re-entry: Re-entry into the event is allowed, those attendees who chose to re-enter will be subject to security search, ID check, and additional confirmation of ticket purchase upon re-entry.
Recording Policy: Unless otherwise stated, we want you to share this experience with others. We encourage you to not only record, but also share those great experiences on social media. We just ask that you tag us!
Safety and Security: Your safety is our priority. Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted at the entrance. Attendees will recieve a detailed list of prohibited items closer to the event.

A: To ensure all festival-goers have a good time, the following items are allowed:

- Small bags or purses (must be see-through and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12")

A: To ensure the safety of all festival-goers, the following items are prohibited:

- Pets (we know, we’re sad about this one too!)

Q: Will there be food?
A: YES! There will be a variety of food trucks and vendors for the entirety of the event, offering a wide range of options.
Q: Can I bring and consume marijuana on-site?
A: YES! Grams & Jams Productions is supported by our cannabis retail partners and brands. Attendees can bring and consume cannabis on-site at the festival.
Q: How much cannabis can I bring?
A: In accordance with Michigan adult use cannabis laws, individuals 21 and older can possess:
- Up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis in public
- No more than 15 grams of cannabis concentrate
For more information on Michigan cannabis laws, please refer to the official state resources. There is no sales of cannabis at any time while on site. Anyone found transacting will be asked to leave immediately.
Q: What about alcohol?
A: YES! We will have alcohol available. Anticipate beer, wine, and seltzers for purchase and consumption on-site.

A: Gates open at 2:00 PM, and concerts begin at 3:00 PM. This is a 21+ event, and you must have a valid government ID for entry. Wristbands will be provided at the gate. Please have your QR code ticket on your phone for entry.
