Ticket Purchase Conditions for Grams & Jams Productions Events

Welcome to Grams & Jams Productions! We're thrilled to have you join us for an unforgettable night of music and memories. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following ticket purchase conditions:

• General Conditions:
  
  • Purchase Agreement: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these conditions, the venue's rules, and any health and safety guidelines in place.
  • Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 21 years of age or older with govenrment ID. No one shall be admitted without current unexpired government identification. ID will be checked at the entrance.
  • Ticket Limit: Each purchaser may buy a maximum of 4 tickets to ensure fair access for all fans.
• Payment and Fees:
  
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all payment methods provided by our payment processor Stripe.com.
  • Fees: All ticket prices include sales tax, processing fees, and administrative fees. No Hidden Charges.
  • Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. Please ensure your email is correct and check your spam folder if you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours of purchase

All sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Grams & Jams Productions events do not cancel for weather related issues. We are a rain or shine event venue. 

Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

Ticketholders are allowed to transfer their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that transfer takes place. Grams & Jams Productions is not responsible for the transfer or resale of any tickets. 

21 & over with valid unexpired government Identification. No admittance without legal, valid, government identification. 

Lost or Stolen Tickets: Please treat your ticket as you would cash. We are not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Entry: A valid ticket grants entry to the event. Please have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.
Re-entry: Re-entry into the event is allowed, those attendees who chose to re-enter will be subject to security search, ID check, and additional confirmation of ticket purchase upon re-entry.
Recording Policy: Unless otherwise stated, we want you to share this experience with others. We encourage you to not only record, but also share those great experiences on social media. We just ask that you tag us! 
Safety and Security: Your safety is our priority. Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted at the entrance. Attendees will recieve a detailed list of prohibited items closer to the event.

Q: What can I bring to a Grams & Jams Productions Event?

A: To ensure all festival-goers have a good time, the following items are allowed at Grams & Jams Productions Events:

• bag chairs
• small bags or purses
• sunscreen
• refillable water bottle, must be empty at point of entry. 
• and other items to support safety in the sun or outdoor

PLEASE NOTE: All items are subject to search and this list is subject to change at the festival security's discretion.

Q: What can't I bring to, or do, at a Grams & Jams Productions Event?

A: To ensure the safety of all festival-goers, we’re asking attendees to NOT bring any of the following prohibited items to a Grams & Jams Productions Event:

• cannabis
• alcohol
• fireworks
• weapons
• Pets are NOT allowed (we know, we’re sad about this one too!)

Q: Will there be food?

A: YES! There will be a variety of different food trucks and vendors for the entirety of the event.

Q: So...open consumption of Marijuana? Tell me more.

A: Grams & Jams Productions came into existence because of the wonderful support of our sponsoring cannabis retail partners and brands. We will have a curated menu of the best product and brands available in the State. There will be on-site cannabis sales to all attendees. And, YES! Attendees will be able to purchase and consume cannabis on-site at the festival.

Q: What about alcohol?

A: YES! We will have will have alcohol. Anticipate beer, wine, and seltzers availabe for puchase and consumption on site. 

Q: Will there be ATMs on-site?

A: Cash is king at Grams & Jams Productions Events! However, to not inconvenience anyone attending, there will be ATM’s on site, but keep in mind, lines could get long.
